Principal Consultant — BPM & Workflow

Lead enterprise engagements that bring agentic AI into PEGA, Appian, and Microsoft workflow estates — strategy, architecture, and delivery.

What you’ll do

Run the discovery → blueprint → delivery arc for Fortune-500 customer engagements.
Translate business outcomes into agent-enabled workflow architectures.
Mentor a small team of consultants across the engagement lifecycle.
Feed real-world delivery learnings back into our accelerator IP.

What we’re looking for

10+ years in BPM, low-code, or workflow consulting (PEGA, Appian, or Microsoft Power Platform).
Demonstrated success leading multi-quarter enterprise transformations.
Strong client presence — comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical practitioners.

Nice to have

Hands-on exposure to LLM-driven workflow automation.
Existing relationships across the agentic-AI and workflow vendor ecosystem.
