What you’ll do
- Run process-mining engagements end-to-end: instrumentation, analysis, recommendation.
- Partner with the consulting team to build agent-deployment roadmaps grounded in data.
- Quantify cycle-time, throughput, and cost-to-serve uplift from agent rollouts.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in process mining, operations analytics, or BPM analytics.
- Strong with SQL and at least one of: Skan.ai, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining.
- Comfortable presenting findings to senior business stakeholders.
